The Finance Department in any organization performs financial duties and other responsibilities for the effective and efficient utilization of resources and PML Children’s Hospital  is not an exception. It can be said to be the pivot upon which the facility revolves. Lack of funds may prevent good ideas from materializing because every activity goes with a cost.

Objectives

• Play vital role in the preparation of annual action plan, procurement plan and budget.

• To Ensure accurate and timely submission of NHIS Claims to the Claims processing Center.

• Provide prudent financial advice to management to enable them make informed decisions.

• Ensure value for money at all times.

• Ensure timely response to audit observations.

• Intensify internal control systems in place to improve revenue generation.   .

• To attend quarterly regional financial validation and financial management workshop

The finance unit  will collaborate with all the units to  ensure that overall corporate objectives is achieved to the satisfaction of clients and Stakeholders.
